Neon Revolt is a game idea that had been stuck in my head for over a year, and in early fall of 2024, I finally started bringing it to life with two friends from TGA. The game is set in an 80s-inspired cyberpunk world where corrupt CEOs control everything. Players take on missions with pre-selected equipment and are free to complete them however they choose, allowing for a variety of playstyles.

We’ve split the work between the three of us, with my focus being on the game’s overall aesthetic, graphics, VFX, animations, UI, sound, and scripting. Scripting is a key part of all our tasks, whether it’s for AI, animations, or gameplay mechanics. I’ve always loved working across multiple disciplines rather than just specializing in one, and projects like this let me stretch my wings and experiment with different aspects of game development.
Neon Revolt is still actively in development, with hopes of releasing a playable demo by summer 2025. Stay tuned!
